The City of Oxnard is thinking ahead to higher population, more traffic, and the need to update railway and roadway intersections.  Videoscapes worked with MNS Engineers in Santa Barbara to produce this unique series of photo simulations, which proved to be an enormous asset in making the proper decisions.  The aerial views were taken from a rental helicopter, which turned out to be a very cost-effective way to generate graphics of remarkable clarity.
