This is a picture of a computer model being built from plan and
elevation drawings in the program, 3ds Max Design. It is
important that the model be dimensionally accurate and located
properly in geographic space, so that the views of it used in the
EIR are methodologically robust and can be accepted as
representations of its appearance with high confidence.
